SKILLS FOR MANAGERS is a series of eLearning courses that provide managers, even new team leaders, with a  toolkit of essential skills to manage and inspire their teams. In these courses psychologists Eve Ash and Peter Quarry provide useful strategies and tips that will help managers and those without formal training to clarify their roles, inspire people with a vision, ensure ethics and integrity, delegate and empower. They will learn about managing personality differences and avoiding discrimination. They will learn about their responsibilities and the need to delegate, prioritize, build skills, develop and motivate people. They will learn to establish two-way feedback and manage performance using a three-step approach.
