This course is designed to help managers master the skills of delegation and empowerment. It's not uncommon for managers to fall into the trap of failing to delegate or to even becoming micromanagers. Effective delegation leads to empowerment of your entire team. In this course, psychologists Peter Quarry and Eve Ash discuss how to delegate effectively and empower people by developing their skills. You will learn how to contend with challenges such as recognizing and working with people's different learning styles and empowering them to take more initiative.
