About

FAIR Culture is a course that explains the four key attributes for all team members to ensure everyone is friendly, accepting, impartial and respectful. All workplaces have a culture that shapes how things get done, how people interact and engage with each other, and what is appropriate and acceptable behavior. The workplace culture is determined by the organization's values and how these are put into practice. Some workplaces can be intimidating and unfriendly, unfair or unsafe. In this course psychologist Eve Ash explains what it means to have a FAIR workplace culture - Friendly, Accepting, Impartial and Respectful.

Learn the four key attributes for everyone in a team to create FAIR culture

  • Be friendly with clients and coworkers - welcoming, helpful and positive
  • Be accepting, embracing people with disabilities and those from diverse cultures and identities
  • Be impartial, treating everyone equally and using objective criteria to make decisions
  • Be respectful - listening and giving space to others, being non-judgmental and finding common ground while acknowledging each other's differences.
