Building High Performing, Collaborative, Hybrid Teams is a course designed to inspire leaders to build and maintain stronger more effective teams that work collaboratively and are more successful. In this course psychologists Eve Ash and Peter Quarry discuss ways to build high performing, collaborative, hybrid teams.

Learn that the most efficient and productive teams are small and diverse - ideally 5-9 people, with at least one charismatic connector;
Recognize that a team leader must be supportive, value all contributions and develop individuals' strengths;
Understand that leaders must manage conflict effectively and ensure a psychologically safe work environment;
