Speaking clearly is using simple, everyday language and structuring your thoughts in a logical way. It is being concise and speaking at a speed and volume that is easy to understand, and having clear pronunciation. Don't assume you are being clear, make sure you are. In this course psychologist Eve Ash gives powerful advice.

Use language that everyone understands and avoid jargon;
Don't mumble, articulate words clearly and vary your tone;
Pause between phrases and thoughts rather than using filler words like um, ah, like, basically, you know;
Use relevant or specific examples to illustrate your points;
Be logical and avoid over-explaining;
Use headline phrases like There are two reasons why.... The main thing is ... I'll tell you why. It's because...;
Practice - and ask for feedback on how to improve;
