Good customer service means making sure that the needs of our customers' (internal and external) are met by providing timely, efficient service. In this course psychologist Eve Ash explains how being Proactive, Listening, Understanding and Special is the recipe for becoming a PLUS Service Champion. Good customer service involves building good relationships with customers in a positive, helpful and friendly atmosphere. Adopting a PLUS Service Champion approach is an excellent way to do this.
