Responding to Microaggression is a powerful course and essential for maintaining a psychologically safe workplace. Microaggressions are comments or actions that put-down, belittle or criticize a person's appearance or identity - such as their body shape, age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, language or religion. Often microaggressions are directed at marginalized groups but they can happen to anyone, of any background, at any professional level.
