At some time, most people have found themselves in an unfair situation. These situations can range from a minor issue to something very serious. Although everyone reacts differently, unfair situations usually trigger 'inequity aversion'. We are hardwired to react to behavior and situations that are unfair, and this often results in becoming angry. In this course psychologist Peter Quarry discusses ways to manage our angry reactions to unfairness.

Using simple immediate strategies to manage angry reactions to unfairness, e.g. cold water on face, deep breathing, walking, exercise;
Objectively view the situation and debrief with someone you trust;
Document what happened if it needs to be reported;
Don't let anger build up and become damaging to your health;
Talk to the person who triggered your anger - address the cause of the problem and work towards a solution;
