Prioritizing My Mental Health is an essential course for everyone. Mental health is emotional, psychological and social health - thoughts, behaviors and feelings. Caring for our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health. When we are mentally healthy we are able to respond better to the challenges of life, and can build necessary emotional and psychological skills to deal with them. In this course psychologist Peter Quarry discusses mental health and ways to make it a priority.
