Switch on Assertiveness shows you can develop assertive thinking patterns and behaviors. Your internal messages can help you avoid unnecessary aggression or passivity. Your success begins with the way you think. Everyone needs to be assertive, not aggressive or non-assertive. You will learn that the way you communicate is within your control.

The SWITCH ON ASSERTIVENESS program has four segments:
- Segment 1 – covers aggression and the need to be assertive not aggressive
- Segment 2 – explores overcoming feeling inadequate and non-assertive
- Segment 3 – helps everyone communicate effectively and respect his or her needs
- Segment 4 – covers skills for standing up and not giving in.
