When continually overwhelmed or fearful (and not wanting this to continue), it's necessary to change your 'story'. Learning how to take control means getting the right attitude and developing a new mindset.

The stories we tell ourselves have a huge impact on the way we feel and behave. In this video you will learn strategies to develop a new stories and a fresh mindset to take control.

• When continually overwhelmed, learn to change your 'story' and develop an 'I'm in control' mindset.
• Find a quiet space, empty your mind and breathe slowly (meditation).
• Work out which 'story' you've been telling yourself during the past months (eg. "There's nothing I can do", "I'm a failure").
• Meditate on what you do well.
• Change your mantra (inner story) to "I always have choices", "There are solutions")
• Repeat this self-talk as often as possible.
